With “The Dragon’s Wedding”, an allegorical tale unfolds — a story about the free spirit, the individual, and the “different one” who seeks “the new.” Standing against the collective mindset, the “different” is the one who rebels against established norms and rules, because they have become aware of their own self. Time overturns perceptions, and the “different” proves to others how vital and urgent the need for change truly is. Only the “different” strives for absolute freedom of the spirit and self-expression of their individuality. And though freedom demands sacrifice, one must ask — will this sacrifice be enough to set life on a new course?
